Sprint Queen Makelesi Bulikiobo continues her impressive performance after winning both the 100m and the 400m in the Brisbane Track and Field meet.

Although Bulikiobo did not set a new record, she beat Australian Commonwealth Games relay gold medalist Caitlin Williams in the 400m final with a time of 54.08 seconds ahead of Williams who came in second with a time of 54.44 seconds.

Bulikiobo is currently training in Brisbane under the watchful eye of coach Llyod Way who is working on her strength and conditioning over the next 2 weeks.

Also Niko Verekauta came home first in the 400 metre final with a time of 49.27 seconds.
