Fiji Bati and Warriors second rower Jayson Bukuya is looking forward to starting a new National Rugby League season after a disappointing season with the Cronulla Sharks last year.

Cronulla spent last year deeply involved in controversy over their 2011 supplements programme which resulted in the club being fined a million dollars and the coach being suspended.

Bukuya said he's keen to move on from what was a tough year at the Sharks.

Bukuya is expected to front up against Jarryd Hayne and Semi Radradra as the Warriors take on the Eels at 8.30pm tonight.

The Warrirors is also expected to field a star studded side with the likes of Simon Mannering, Shaun Johnson and Sam Tomkins.

Results last night, Storm beat the Sea Eagles 23-22, Panthers thrashed the Knights 30-8 while the Cowboys beat the Raiders 28-22.

Also today the Dragons meet the Wests Tigers at 5pm.
