The members of the Bua provincial council do not have any mandate to decide on the changes in the GCC Regulations Promulgation 2008 which was presented yesterday by the GCC Taskforce in Nabouwalu.
Chairman of the Bua provincial council, Alipate Radrodro said a decision will be made by the Bose Vanua when they meet in June on whether to support the new look GCC.
Radrodro said they will await the presentation from the People's Charter team who are visiting villagers and getting their recommendations before they finalize their decision on whether to support the concept.
