The Brumbies assistant coach Stephen Larkham has told his players that they need to increase their intensity and put their bodies on the line and that they need a do or die mentality this weekend.

The Brumbies legend has been through Super Rugby finals four times and won two Super Rugby titles as a player.

Larkham says it is do or die for the players and they need to get that intensity for the full 80 minutes, particularly the contact areas.

Wallabies and Brumbies inside centre Christian Lealiifano says that the feeling in the Brumbies camp was better this week and that he could feel things starting to click again at training.

The Brumbies play the Cheetahs this Sunday at 6.10pm while the first playoff this Friday between the Crusaders and the Reds kick off at 7.35pm.
