Brumbies, defending champions the Chiefs and the Bulls leads their respective conferences in super rugby after five rounds.

The Brumbies leads the Australian conference with 23 points while the Chiefs heads the New Zealand conference with 17 points and the Bulls is leading the South African conference with 13 points.

Meanwhile, the Blues who has just played 3 games has 15 points followed by the Reds, the Sharks and the Crusaders while the Highlanders sits at the bottom of the points table as they are the only team in the competition without a win so far.

Results from the weekend saw the Brumbies beating the Sharks 29-10, the Force edged the Reds 19-12, Crusaders hammered the Bulls 41-19, Chiefs beat the Kings 35-24, Cheetahs pipped the Waratahs 27-26 while the Highlanders lost to the Hurricanes 23-19.
