Canterbury Crusaders Development team member James Brown has high hopes of representing Fiji at the Hong Kong 7s tournament next week.

Brown is in the 16-man training squad and struggled a bit during the first training run yesterday, as he has not played 7s rugby for quite some time.

Brown who sacrificed his career with the Crusaders Development team said making the final squad and playing at So Kon Po Stadium will make his dream come true.

He said the 7s rugby interest came into his life, when he watched the late Nadroga "hitman" Aminiasi Natuiyaga playing for Fiji.
