Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan believes that the breakdown interpretation has been one of their major weaknesses in the last leg of the World Sevens Series.
Ryan is expected to name his team for the Hong Kong and Singapore 7s later this week and is expected to include an overseas based player in his final squad.
Last week, Tabadamu playmaker Josateki Tuilawaki was included in the extended squad after his fine performance in the Stronger Than Winston 7s Tournament held at Uprising Beach Resort earlier this month.
Ryan says Tuilawaki has been in the local circuit for a long time and deserves a chance to train with the national team and see how he gets on, as they are trying to have a pool of playmakers and halfbacks.
Fiji is the defending champion of the Hong Kong 7s.
Fiji is pooled with Canada, Wales and Korea in Pool D of the Hong Kong 7s which will be held from next Friday to Sunday.
