Fiji Airways 7s coach Ben Ryan believes the one week break will have an impact on all the teams taking part in the New Zealand 7s which kicks off tomorrow.
Ryan said their pool opponents especially Spain and France should not be underestimated because they may have regrouped in the last two weeks.
Ryan said some of the players have a few cuts and bruises but they will be ready by tomorrow.
The Fiji Airways 7s will take on New Zealand in their first pool match at 2.06pm, their second pool match is against France at 5.35pm and they will face Spain at 7.28pm in their last pool match this Friday.
The Cup quarterfinals kick off at 1.33pm Saturday, the Cup semifinals are scheduled for 5.35pm while the Cup final kicks off at 8.30pm.
