The Vodafone Fiji 7s team should be expecting a different Brazil 7s side in the Dubai 7s next week after the 2016 Olympic host received some tips from 7s legend Waisale Serevi early this year.
Serevi and former England Sevens captain Ben Gollings were in Brazil to develop the sport and also conduct build up programs for the Olympics in 2016.
Serevi said that Fijians having their love for rugby is the same for the Brazilians having their love for soccer and has produced numerous world class soccer players like Neymar, Ronaldo and Pele.
He added that with the determination been shown by the Brazil 7s team, they can be a threat in their home ground, come 2016.
Meanwhile the Vodafone Fiji 7s team departed for Dubai yesterday and they will take on France in their first pool match at 6.44pm next Friday. They will later meet Brazil at 9.44pm.
Their last pool match is against Argentina at 1.52am Saturday.
The Cup quarterfinals start at 8pm Saturday, the Cup semifinals are at 1.55am Sunday while the Cup final kicks off at 3.42am.
