Police will soon question a boxing promoter whose vehicle was allegedly used on Saturday for the delivery of marijuana leaves.
Officer-In-Charge Drugs ASP Sakeo Ganivatu confirmed the vehicle was stopped at Yalavou road, in Navosa, by a police team on Saturday afternoon and upon searching, police found $4000 worth of marijuana leaves under the back seat of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, police are also questioning a carrier driver who was allegedly caught transporting marijuana leaves in Valley road on Saturday afternoon.
The marijuana leaves are worth $1000 and was found in a bag hidden at the back of the carrier.
