Boxing Fiji is aiming to win more gold medals at the Pacific Games next year, and their preparations is already on track with monthly boxing meets', one of which that will be held tonight in Raiwai.

Vice President, Joseph Low said this is important as it will be the first monitoring process for selectors to pick a team to participate in Tahiti next month.

Low added that all expenses to Tahiti have been paid for and in 5 weight categories namely the welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight, heavyweight and super heavyweight.

Boxing Fiji feels that this is a good build-up to the Pacific Games in 2011.

The program commences at 6pm tonight at the Raiwai Youth Center.
