Boxing Fiji will send 10 boxers to the Pacific games this year and is eying six gold medals from the competition.
New Caledonia poses the biggest threat to our boxers but Fiji Boxing Association President, Captain Viliame Finemateaki said our boys are ready to shine in New Caledonia.
Meanwhile, Boxing Fiji received a timely $2000 sponsorship from Vodafone Fiji today which will help them in paying the $6000 levy to FASANOC.
The Pacific Games will be held in New Caledonia in the 3rd week of August.
