The task of defending the Hong Kong 7s title for the Digicel Fiji Sevens team received a major boost as three key players are back at training.
Ulaiyasi Lawavou and Samisoni Viriviri who were rested during the Nawaka 7's last week are back running with the team while Lepani Botia returns after a long layoff from injury.
For Botia the question is still being raised on whether he will be available for selection when the 16 member squad is announced this Friday.
Head coach, Alifereti Dere said defending their Hong Kong 7's title will be tough but a win will be special.
The Hong Kong 7's will be played from the 22nd to the 24th of this month and Fiji is pooled with Hong Kong, Spain and Canada.
