The Bose ni Turaga meeting that was scheduled to be held in June this year has been postponed to next year.
Viti Land Owners Resource Association President Ratu Osea Gavidi said they believe the Interim Prime Minister does not want them to meet.
Ratu Osea adds they want to keep the peace in the country.
Ratu Osea had earlier told Fijivillage News that a meeting in June for all the chiefs was important to discuss land issues.
