Cakaudrove High Chief Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu has raised concern about the Bose ni Turaga meeting that will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks (QEB) next month.

He said the chiefs should make the decision and raise their views without any influence from anybody.

Ratu Naiqama said its well known, that the Bose ni Turaga meeting is to be held at the camp so that the military and the interim government can influence the chiefs to support their view of how they want to move the country forward.

The military is expected to comment later.

Meanwhile, another Vanua Levu High Chief, the Tui Macuata Ratu Aisea Katonivere said he will tell all the chiefs of his province to be present at the meeting if they are invited.
