State property, Borron House has now become a much sought venue for short term stay of the high profile personalities and hosting of important functions.
Public Service Commission Permanent Secretary, Parmesh Chand said they have received an increasing number of enquiries about the availability of Borron House for such stays and functions.
According to the criteria those eligible are dignitaries and persons who are not guests of the State and are prepared to pay a premium price with special status and significance of Borron House.
Chand said the daily rates are fixed at $5,000 dollars per night inclusive of VAT for stays at Borron House and for functions involving the use of lawns the rate is $3,000 dollars.
Last week, ANZ Bank was the first corporate body to host a cocktail for its customers and stakeholders where they accommodated their Group CEO Mike Smith from Australia.
