Usain Bolt is expected to be named in the final Jamaican Olympic team in the 100m and 200m tomorrow although he did not qualify at the trials.

The six‑time Olympic gold medalist withdrew before the 100m final at the Jamaican Olympic Trials last Friday with a hamstring injury.

He also missed the 200m final.

In the United States, athletes are required to race at the Trials and finish in the top three to qualify for the Olympics.

But in Jamaica, injured athletes who are unable to compete at the Trials can apply for a medical exemption.
