FRU's IRB referee James Bolabiu is highly tipped to win the Personality of the Year Award at the FASANOC Sports Awards tomorrow.

Bolabiu is currently in Dubai, officiating at the Rugby World Cup 7s tournament.

The winner will be judged by the number of texts and votes given by the Public. It is believed that Bolabiu received the highest number of Texts and votes ahead of Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Iliesa Tanivula, Fiji Bati Coach Joe Rabele, Golfer Vijay Singh and Fiji Sports Council's Male Athlete of the Year Manueli Tulo.

Meanwhile, Tulo and Maria Liku of Fiji Weightlifting Association could walk away with the Male and Female Athlete of the Year Award because of their top performance on international arena.

Awards also up for grabs will be the Coach of the Year, Sports Organization of the Year, Sports Administrator of the Year and Sports Technical official of the Year awards.

The FASANOC Sports Awards will be held tomorrow at the Tradewinds Entertainment Centre in Lami, starting at 7pm.
