Former national 15s rep Kelemedi Bola is likely to get the nod to taste his first experience in the Digicel Fiji 7s team in the New Zealand and USA 7s.

Bola, Nikola Matawalu and Emosi Vacago are the three players who have been named in the 20 member squad which has been in camp since Tuesday.

Vucago’s experience will give him the edge over the two players but with Matawalu facing a travel sanction to New Zealand, it will mean that the selectors will opt for Bola to be part of the final 12 member team that will be announced tomorrow.

It is expected that coach Iliesa Tanivula and his assistant Josateki Savou will make more than 6 changes from the side that played in the last IRB 7s series.

Fiji is in Pool D in the New Zealand 7s with South Africa, Canada and France.

The New Zealand 7s in Wellington will kick-off next Friday.
