Frank Boivert is no longer the National coaching Director of the Fiji Rugby Union.
This was confirmed this afternoon by FRU but Boivert will now take up the position of National academy’s programs manager meaning he will now focus more on our academy.
FRU high performance manager Mike Ryan said Boivert will also look after our elite coaches.
Fijivillage asked Ryan if there will be a new national coaching director and Ryan said at the moment this is not an option.
Meanwhile, William Koong is no longer FRU’s medical coordinator and he is now the manager for sports science and sports medicine.
