Police have managed to find the body of a 28 year old cane cutter of Vatulaulau, Ba who disappeared while swimming with his friend on Saturday.
Assistant Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the man went for a swim when his friend discovered him missing.
The body has been kept at Ba hospital mortuary awaiting post mortem.
In another incident, Police in Tukavesi are still searching for a 55 year old fisherman of Kioa Island who is missing at sea after his boat capsized.
According to police the fisherman left home early Saturday morning and the alarm was raised after he failed to return home yesterday afternoon.
Police were informed and his capsized boat was discovered. Officers from the Police search and rescue department are looking for him.
