Police have managed to recover the body of a Lautoka man who fell overboard near Vomo Island resort while fishing with friends last night
According to police, Krishna Sami Gounder was standing on the cabin lowering the anchor rope when he suddenly disappeared.
He had gone went fishing with 42 year old Krishna Sami Gounder and 30 year old Hari Krishna Naidu both of Saweni Lautoka when the incident happened.
Gounder's body has been taken for post mortem.
