Investigation is now underway in relation to a body that was discovered floating near Vatuwaqa Bailey Bridge this afternoon.
Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed the body was discovered by members of the public and believed to have been in the river for about three days.
Sokomuri described the deceased being around 6 feet tall, wearing a blue flowery shirt and blue trousers with a tattoo on his right arm.
