Police are investigating the death of a 39 year old man who is believed to have drowned in a creek at Kabisi, Sigatoka yesterday evening.
Police PRO Corporal Suliano Tevita said the man who was an epileptic patient went to have his bath alone and his brother went to check on him after a while. He could not see him so a search was conducted with the help of other villagers.
His body was found floating in the creek.
He was rushed to hospital however was pronounced dead on arrival. Police are now awaiting the post mortem results.
