Police are investigating the death of a 51 year old man whose body was found with stab wounds in a home in Rifle Range, Vatuwaqa, this morning.
Police are still at the scene and are questioning the owners of the house where the deceased is believed to have been attending a party last night.
Nabua police are handling the case and expect more developments later today.
Meanwhile, police are investigating a fire that completely destroyed a one bedroom house in Veikoba Settlement, Valelevu, at around 8 last night.
The 39 year old owner was away with her family at the time of the incident. The cause of fire is still not known as police investigations continue.
