Police are investigating the gruesome discovery of two partly decomposed bodies in an apartment in Valelevu at around 5.30pm yesterday.
Assistant Spokesperson Sergeant Suliano Tevita had confirmed that the couple who were in a de-facto relationship and were running a Kura soap business were reported missing on 19th December last year.
The families thought that the two had gone overseas in relation to some business matters.
The discovery was made after complaints of foul smell coming out of the building.
When police went to the house, the two bodies were found in the bathroom in a pool of blood which had dried up.
A Police Forensic team is still at the scene conducting investigations and collecting samples for further tests.
A Post mortem is expected to be conducted later today.
