Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri has urged owners of fibre glass boats to take caution while coming to a halt.
His call comes after a 70 year old woman of Raiwai was run over by a fibre glass boat at Suva Point yesterday.
The victim was fishing at the sea point when the incident occurred.
According to Sokomuri, there were three men on the boat who thought she was a 44 gallon drum and ran over her.
The elderly lady is admitted at hospital while the three have been questioned and released.
