The Blues defeated the Highlanders 29-12 during their preseason game and they want to repeat the same performance in Dunedin.
The Highlanders have five wins so far while the Blues have won only one of their seven games in the competition.
The Highlanders will host the Blues at 7:35pm and the Reds take on the Stormers at 9:40pm.
