A blood drive is underway near the Ba market for about twenty cardiac patients who will undergo surgery next week at the Lautoka Hospital.
Coordinator Janesh Narayan said they have received very little response from the public so far and they need over 200 pints of blood for these patients.

The drive is expected to continue during business houses next week and another drive will be organised in Nadi next Saturday.
