Assistant Secretary General to Parliament Edward Blakelock said he is ready for the challenge as he takes up the Acting Permanent Secretary's post at the PM's Office.
Blakelock said since nobody is there to replace former Permanent Secretary Pramesh Chand, he will apply for the post if meets the criteria.
