Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said he is confident the players who have been injured in preseason games can play again in their first clash against the Rebels next Friday.
After another Super Rugby preseason stumble, the Crusaders has been accompanied by an ankle injury to skipper Matt Todd.
Blackadder said openside flanker Todd will be rested in their final warm-up match against the Reds this Friday.
Meanwhile other players who have been injured are Fijian wing Jone Macilai and halfback Willi Heinz.
The Crusaders will take on the Rebels at 6.35pm next Friday.
