At just 14 years of age she is already making a name for herself.
Tiyana Kainamoli will be the youngest ever Basketball player playing for Fiji in the Under 19 Women’s Pacific Netball Championship in Australia next week.
Kainamoli started playing Basketball at the age of 10 while growing up in Raiwaqa.
Her mother, Angie Kainamoli said her daughter is ready to rub shoulders with the best players from the Pacific.
The Women’s team will play its first match against Guam at 2.30pm on Monday while the Men’s team will play New Caledonia at 4.30pm.
