The Sharks have suffered a massive blow ahead of their Super Rugby play off as Springboks pair Patrick Lambie and Frans Steyn have been ruled out of their match against the Reds.
The Sharks took the last Super Rugby playoff spot and will be hosted by defending champions the Reds this weekend.
Meanwhile the Reds will find out later today whether Quade Cooper will play this weekend as he will be facing the disciplinary committee for a high tackle on Berrick Barnes on Saturday.
The Reds will play the Sharks at 9:40pm on Saturday while the Crusaders meet the Bulls at 7:35pm.
