Police are hunting for six people who assaulted and robbed a van driver in Kewal's Yard in Nasinu last night.
A man posing as a church pastor and holding a Bible, hired the van from Makoi. Upon reaching Kewal's Yard four men forced their way into the van and assaulted the driver.
The group then fled in the van registration EH 033 which is still missing.
The driver received injuries and is admitted at the CWM hospital.
Police are calling on the public for information on the vehicle and warn that it could be used in a major robbery.
