The Fiji Sports Commission and the Fiji Rugby Union will meet today in relation to Ben Ryan’s salary.
Sports Commission Chairman Peter Mazey revealed earlier that they may assist FRU with around $300,000 for Ryan’s salary and accommodation.
Mazey said Ryan is one of the best coaches in the world and it’s only right that he gets a substantial amount.
Meanwhile, Ben Ryan will name his 16 member squad this afternoon before he finalizes his 12 member team for the USA and New Zealand 7s.
Fiji is pooled with New Zealand, Scotland and Australia for the USA 7s which will be held from the 25th to the 27th of this month.
Ryan earlier said that he will be watching the Uluinakau 7s at Ratu Cakobau Park tomorrow.
