An advantage which the Vodafone Fiji Sevens team will have when going into the Cape Town 7s is that there are a lot of players who can play in other positions.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Cape Town, Coach Ben Ryan says they have players who will be able to equally play well in other positions.
Ryan says players have been told to take every game as it comes and give the opposition the utmost respect.
He says the last thing they want is for players to get carried away and underestimate their opposition.
Fiji plays Scotland at 9.59pm today, they play Russia at 1.20am tomorrow and the final pool match against Argentina will be at 5.03am tomorrow.
The Cup quarter finals will start at 11.04pm tomorrow, the Cup semis start at 3.34am Monday while the Cup final will kick off at 6.30am Monday.
