With the New Zealand 7s kicking off this hour, Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan believes Spain and France will come out firing today.

Many fans are talking about the first pool match against New Zealand but Ryan said to get into the cup quarter finals Fiji needs to beat Spain and France as well.

Ryan added a win against New Zealand will be special but he will also try to get as much game time as possible for newcomer Viliame Mata.

Ryan said Mata has a big future and he will certainly put pressure on Samu Saqiwa and Semi Kunatani for a starting spot.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will take on New Zealand in their first pool match at 2.06pm today, their second pool match is against France at 5.35pm today and they will face Spain at 7.28 tonight in their last pool match.

The Cup quarter finals kick off at 1.33pm tomorrow, the Cup semifinals are scheduled for 5.35pm while the Cup final kicks off at 8.30pm tomorrow.
