Former Opposition Leader, Mick Beddoes has called on the Electoral Commission not to recommend changes in the electoral system now as this can only be done by parliament.
Beddoes stressed that all the members in Electoral Commission and Boundaries Commission and the members of the NCBBF are illegally appointed.
