The Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority has called on the members of the public to be aware of people who are impersonating their staffs and are visiting homes in the Central/Eastern Division.

FIRCA Chief Executive, Jitoko Tikolevu said that they have received a report where a man gained entry inside a house, impersonating to be a FIRCA officer.

According to Tikolevu the man then searched the house.

He has called on people to check the identification cards of the FIRCA officials visiting their premises.
