Al Baxter returns to the Waratahs starting lineup this week while Berrick Barnes returns at inside centre.
The absence of Drew Mitchell and inclusion of Kurtley Beale are the only changes to the 2010 backline which took on the Bulls.
The Waratahs and Bulls match kicks off at 5:10am this Saturday.
Meanwhile, at 7:35pm this Friday, Highlanders will take on Western Force.
