The Suva Magistrates court this morning adjourned the case of Bauan High Chief, Ratu Epenisa Cakobau to the 22nd of next month.
No plea was taken again today by Magistrates Ajmal Gulab Khan as he ordered the serving of disclosures.
The Bau High Chief is being represented by Semili Leweniqila of Howards Lawyers and Barristers.
Ratu Epinisa is alleged to have assaulted Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama's son, Meli Bainimarama outside a night club two weeks ago.
