Bau chief and Company Director, Ratu Epenisa Cakobau will be sentenced on the 13th of this month after he pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and disorderly conduct.
Ratu Epenisa appeared before Magistrate John Semisi yesterday for assaulting 21 year old soldier Ratu Meli Bainimarama at a Suva nightclub on the 9th of September this year. An argument broke out between the two men when Cakobau assaulted Bainimarama causing visible injuries.
