The IRB Sevens World Series will get underway next week in Wellington with the battle for series points more crucial than ever before.

With three rounds played last year, the Digicel Fiji Sevens team is third in the World Series with 44 points while New Zealand who has the advantage of hosting the next leg leads the World Series with 60 points.

World renowned rugby commentator Willie Lose said the All Blacks Sevens team will not be easily defeated on their home ground but he is adamant of a better performance from Fiji provided if they  show the flamboyance and flair they displayed in the Gold Coast Sevens final.
