Vodafone Fiji Bati fullback Jarryd Hayne has been cleared to line-up against Australia in the second World Cup semifinal in Sydney on Sunday.

Hayne has been cautioned for leading with his legs and feet in a tackle in a dangerous manner in the 19th minute of Fiji's 30-14 win over Ireland in Monday's semifinal qualifier.

The Rugby League World Cup match committee also issued a caution to Ireland centre Sean Gleeson for lifting an opponent into a dangerous position in the 64th minute of the game at the Gold Coast's Skilled Park.

Players are allowed one caution during the tournament. The Vodafone Fiji Bati will meet Australia on Sunday at 9pm.

The first semifinal will be played on Saturday at 9pm between New Zealand and England.
