All Blacks flyhalf Beauden Barrett knows that a bench spot may be as good as it gets in this week's Rugby Championship test against Argentina.
The Hurricanes first five impressed replacing the injured Dan Carter during the win over the Springboks, but coach Steve Hansen has virtually confirmed Aaron Cruden will start against the Pumas.
Barrett said it is about taking whatever chance he gets.
The All Blacks will play Argentina at 10.40am this Sunday while the Springboks will take on the Wallabies at 3am.
