The Digicel Fiji Barbarians side are through to the semifinals of the Yaubula Kadavu 7s underway at the Namalata Central School grounds after they successfully beat Tawava by 17-nil

Coach Iliesa Tanivula was overwhelmed by the game especially with the performance of national playmaker and Nadroga center Joe Lotawa, who worked very well with the combination from Emosi Vucago and Orisi Sareki.

In the other quarter finals Ono Kadavu beat Nodrai Sharks 7-5, Nacomoto beat Drue 12-7, Service beat Joma 8-nil.

This means that Digicel Barbarians will meet Service in the first semifinals and Nacomoto will meet Ono Kadavu.

The competition continues at Namalata grounds.

Meanwhile Nasinu laced with players like Michael Nabuliwaqa, James Brown and Peni Rokodiva Junior will meet Viria in the last quarter final.
