The Mineral Resources Department has confirmed that two retailers in the Central/Eastern and Western Division have been caught selling banned fireworks.
Principle Inspector of Mines, Ian Fong confirms their inspections were held in the Central, Western Division last week and their work in the Northern Division continues.
Fong adds their enforcement officers are on the ground monitoring banned fireworks.
