Prominent businessman Ballu Khan is in police custody at the Central police station after military and police officers arrested him today at Delainavesi.
A senior police officer has confirmed to Village News that military personnel brought Khan in at midday today.
The police officer said they are not aware of the charges which are expected to be laid against Ballu Khan. Police say Khan has received treatment for his injuries from a military doctor.
