Businessman Ballu Khan is still admitted at the Suva Private Hospital as police investigations against him have halted.
Deputy Police Commissioner Eroni Antonio said they are still waiting for Khan to be discharged before he will be further questioned.
The doctors at the hospital have refused to comment on Khan's condition and when will he be discharged from Hospital.
Meanwhile, Suva lawyer Tevita Fa is considering whether he will continue to represent businessman Ballu Khan who is still admitted at the Suva Private Hospital under police guard.
Fa refused to divulge the reasons on why he is considering pulling out from representing Mr Khan.
He said Ballu Khan's case has been handled by Queens Counsel Peter Williams and he does not know what the latest on the matter.
