His lawyer Tevita Fa told Village News that he visited Ballu Khan this morning and said Khan has recovered from a broken jaw, facial injuries and internal pain after being arrested by police and military officers at Delainavesi, Lami, last week.
Fa said that the doctors advised him to arrange with police for Khan not to be kept in police custody.
